Bill Preddy grew up fishing, bowling and riding motorcycles in Henrico, Virginia. After graduating from J.R. Tucker High School and then from J. Sargent Reynolds Community College, he decided to go into real estate. “I thought it would be interesting to help people buy and sell houses and property,” he says. Now at Oakstone, Bill assists clients with property management services. He also works with home buyers.
When he’s not in the office working, you can find Bill in the Richmond areas and beyond visiting parks, historical sites and wine tasting festivals. He participates in the annual cystic fibrosis walk every year. In his free time, he likes to go bike riding, watch The Andy Griffith Show, or do some woodworking and furniture building - something he really enjoys and has a special talent for.
When asked, he says the thing he likes best about his job is meeting lots of people. “You meet all kinds of people,” he says. “After all, everyone needs a place to live.”
